“Hiring Brooke as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding (it really felt like working with a close friend). My husband and I had most of the big planning items out of the way, but we knew we wanted someone to come in to take on all the extra things that come up during the 2 months leading up to the wedding (think vendor communications, timeline development, and all the little things you forget about or don't think of when you are that close to the wedding and have a million other things on your mind!) Brooke was there to take on all of that, answer our emails and take our calls, etc. 95% of our guests were from out of town, including our parents, and we wanted to be sure they were truly guests at the wedding and did not have to “work” during this special day. Brooke and her team were absolutely amazing for our rehearsal and the day of the wedding. We truly felt that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding completely stress free because we knew Brooke was on it. Thank you Brooke and Everlasting Events!”

“Hiring Brooke was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She has several packages available depending on your level of planning needs and is worth every penny and more. She made my wedding dreams come to life and executed everything to perfection. I actually cried when I saw our reception for the first time. Seeing it come to life exactly as I had imagined was very emotional. She was attentive and professional and answered every email and question I had promptly. She was hands on and we had several meetings in person and over the phone. She created our wedding day timeline, coordinated with all our vendors 30 days out and day of, handled all decor setup, and more! She even designed our paper goods for a reasonable fee (our package didn’t include this but I was happy to pay). She also took behind the scenes photos of the entire wedding that she sent me the next day. All in all she was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a planner. Also, as a guy, I had no clue what was going to be required of me on that day which can be very stressful for a lot of people. “Brooke was absolutely incredible. She easily became one of our favorite additions to the day. Kept the day organized and on-time, but it didn't feel rushed. On your wedding day everything seems to fly by, but it was such a blessing to know if there was a decision I trusted Brooke to make that on my behalf. It allowed me to sit back and enjoy my morning with the bridal party. My mom (mother of the bride) still talks about how incredible Brooke was and how she was so glad to be able to sit and enjoy the wedding.
